1. User rights

IHB Digital Ltd. provides you with limited and not exclusive right to use the software downloadable from www.ihbdigital.hu.

2. Proprietary rights

The software, the documentation and the IHB Digital Web trademark along with the service content are the sole property of IHB Digital Ltd. The software and the whole documentation is under copyright according to the laws of the Republic of Hungary. The User cannot obtain proprietary rights of the software may use it for personal purposes or within his or her organization, provided the Terms of Use are kept.

3. Restrictions on usage

You may not use the Software to publish products with IHB Digital's web services for free commercial use or leasing; printing albums on your own or rented device. Use or transcription of the Software's source code and documentation other purposes is not allowed. Removal of the "IHB Digital" trademark from products produced with the Software is forbidden. Installing the Software downloaded from IHB Digital's website on an open or close network and thus providing free access to it for third parties is also forbidden. The Software and its documentation may not be displayed and given access to on any other web pages.

Modification of or relief from every single restriction can be performed only with the previous, written consent of IHB Digital Ltd. on the basis of a relevant contract.

4. Guarantee

IHB Digital Ltd. does not give a full warranty for the use of the freely downloadable software, i.e. the Ltd. does not guarantee that the software and the web service will fully meet the User's requirements in every case, or that there will be no occurances of program errors and/or breakdowns while running the Software. IHB Digital Ltd. does not take legal responsibility for compensating users in occasional cases of program errors. Furthermore, IHB Digital Ltd. does not take the responsibility for software users, retailers and business partners in their financial and business matters.

IHB Digital Ltd. provides you with free, continously downloadable new versions of the software from www.ihbdigital.hu.

5. Secrecy and responsibility

All responsibilities for the content of albums and other products made by the user are taken by the User. IHB Digital Ltd. will not give the contents of albums and other products away to a third party. Photos and documentations will be automatically deleted from the server after publishing the product - IHB Digital Ltd. will not take the responsibility for the loss of data. It is the User's duty to make sure that the content, usage and sharing of files, photos and pictures meet the country's operative laws and regulations.

6. Termination of the licence agreement

Users can terminate this agreement any time by removing the downloaded software and informing IHB Digital Ltd. about it. IHB Digital Ltd. can terminate the agreement unilaterally any time in case the User of the Software is thought to be violating the Terms of Use agreed to at the time of downloading the Software. According to the law, as long as the freely available software is in the user's possession, the agreement is valid.

7. General terms

This licence agreement must be interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Hungary and the relevant dispositions of the Civil Code - in case of litigation, IHB Digital Ltd. stipulates that the competent court be the Court of the Capital City of Budapest.
